Well I suppose its time for an update. LOL.

Although things are progressing slowly on Smileypedia, I assure you that they ARE progresssing. And there is not a day where I don't spent several hours doing something on it.

I cannot give an exact date just yet, but at the current rate of progress I think it should only be about a month away.

For those that do not know what Smileypedia is about, I guess the best way to describe it is "an encyclopedia about smiley artists." Oh, and emoticonists too, of course...

Smileypedia is not just a run of the mill, "best of" smiley-collections website, where everyone's works have been stolen and the author's information removed.

Instead, the purpose of the site is to promote the artist's behind the smileys/emotes, and also to reparent the "orphans" that are found on the net, where the original artist is unknown.

It used to be hosted in the past at Wikidot.com (grrr Wikidot), but now it has been completely revamped and has grown in size, scope and vision, to something that is really quite exciting.
